3–4 WEEKS:  This is where we translate your home needs into design. Through curated inspiration, layouts, and palette studies, we refine the concept until your home feels comfortable, elevated, personal, timeless and unmistakably yours.

3. DESIGN & DETAIL

4–6 WEEKS: With the creative direction set, we handle the details. Every element; furnishings, finishes, lighting, and materials is thoughtfully sourced and beautifully integrated and tailored to your home. Every element is hand-selected to support your design roadmap and spending plan. We present a comprehensive design plan, complete with spatial planning, thoughtful visuals, samples, and investment options aligned with budget transparency. This process is to ensure the design decisions are in your control without overwhelm. So you can choose what you would like to elevate further without the fear of the project cost getting out of hand.

Result: Total clarity and control. You know exactly what’s happening, what it will look like, and how your investment supports your lifestyle. 4. DOCUMENT & SPECIFY

4–6 WEEKS: We translate the design into precise drawings, schedules, and specifications so contractors and vendors know exactly what to do and when. Every detail is mapped out in advance. Everything is coordinated, scheduled, and ready for execution.



Result: This is the most behind the scenes magic portion of the process. At this point you have reassurance that nothing will fall through the cracks with less risk, fewer mistakes, and a smooth path forward. It is a clear, final step before your dream home becomes a reality. 5. SOURCE & MANAGE

4–12+ MONTHS (overlaps with construction):  We take the reins on ordering, tracking, and coordinating every detail including managing trades and vendors. From custom furnishings to fixture logistics, we handle it all while keeping you informed with simple updates. You stay focused on life without being buried in decisions or emails. We keep everything moving behind the scenes.

6. INSTALL & REVEAL
