The Floor Plan Intensive was created for homeowners who know something isn’t working in their layout but want clarity before making changes. In this one-hour session, we review your existing floor plan together, identify problem areas, and discuss practical improvements to circulation, room relationships, and overall flow. This session provides immediate professional insight and actionable direction, helping you move forward with confidence whether you’re planning a renovation, rethinking furniture placement, or evaluating a potential purchase. It is ideal for homeowners who want clear direction quickly, without waiting weeks for email-based revisions or generic layouts.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Prior to your session,
you’ll provide photos of the space and an
existing floor plan with basic dimensions. This can be digital drawings, original plans, or a simple sketch as precision drafting is not required.
During the session, we’ll review your layout live, explore alternatives, and address your questions in real time. Because decisions happen together, there’s no waiting period or back-and-forth revisions.
Following the session, you’ll receive your annotated sketches and summary so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Pricing covers most standard rooms. Larger or more complex spaces may require adjusted pricing, which is discussed and confirmed in advance.
